I use Facebook to collect information about characters. I ask other users to react and respond to the photos and the constructed bios of these virtual personas. Based on the Facebook users’ comments about each character, I translate their ideas into activities, relationships and behavior. They have their own outfits, make-up and personal objects. The everyday experience slowly builds their “real” lives. Through this process, the characters’ personalities are gradually constructed and the updates of their evolution are posted on Facebook.

Oh Chicago is amazing! Yeah I got my Master's in Psychology before pursuing photography, so I think your project is super interesting! I have family in Chicago and we might come out sometime in August. I'm giving away free engagement shoots because I hope to increase the number of weddings I book across the country so I have an excuse to travel more ;). Keep up the project!
